The best way to keep your set looking perfect all the time is to AVOID SWEAT!! If you get it all sweaty be sure to wipe or rinse with plain water and dry. It will not hurt anything on there. It should NOT be used for everyday practice. DO NOT use any type of chemical on the stones and always tighten you Conchos. You may also simply use Lock Tite or clear fingernail polish to secure them on your tack.
Our Warranty
If you have an accident and harm your set and need to send it back for repair, we will charge a small stone fee; usually not over $50. If you have obviously taken care of it we usually do not charge at all. If it is crusted with sweat and dust there will definitly be a fee involved but we will always repair our product. So the best thing to do is keep it clean and put up after each use!! That way your repairs will be free. If your set needs a complete revamp after a couple of years use, we do charge a small fee; once again rarely over $50 to redo the conchos and crystals. So your initial investment is safe and you should be able to keep your set for many years. We do not repair other people's work. When sending a set back in for repair, please contact us for the shipping cost back to you. If there are any other charges you will be contacted.

We only use high quality genuine leather goods which we purchase directly from several different manufacturers. We can do just about any color leather you are wanting for your tack. We offer everything from light natural oiled leather to dark cherry oiled leather and all
in-between.
~CRYSTALS
We use only 100% genuine Swarovki crystal. Our crystal tack is very durable and is built to be used, but please do not abuse it. Crystals are similar to glass and they can scratch, chip or break very easily so treat them right and use them carefully. All crystals are bonded hard to the metals, not superglued or cemented with adhesives that can cloud the rhinestones or deteriorate over time.Only Genuine Swarovski Crystals are used for maximum sparkle. We personally use the tack we make for barrel racing, and haven't lost a crystal yet. The settings are extremely durable and the tack is great quality.Overlays are done in the same careful and durable way.

~Cleaning Your Crystal Conchos
Crystal Conchos can be cleaned with water and a soft toothbrush. As an added safety measure You may apply a thin coat of clear finger nail polish to your crystals conchos.
Clean spurs and stirrups the same way.
